Soon warms up but only thing is it comes on at 24°.

Smart looking radiator, being used to heat medium sized office which it can do with ease. Plenty of variations with the heat output and simple to follow controls. All in all a very good buy and a great firm to deal with. Would recommend.

East to move about the house upstairs small room.

Very efficient,use it during day if I’m sat in lounge to save turning heating up. Checked against previous months energy bill and has made little difference.

We had no problems with the heat output or thermostat controlOut issue was the timer which we thought was programmable. It was in the way that you could set to come on in the next 24hrs and come off in next 24hrs. But this had to be reset each time if needed again and wouldn't automatically reset to the same programme. It also had no override to put it on once set.Also you couldn't put an external timer on to do the job.So we wanted to send it back. Found the company a bit difficult as they said we had to pay the postage. They would charge over £20. We got hermes for £11. In future would only buy an amazon product and not a third party due to postage situation if not suitable.Shame as the radiator looked good.

The media could not be loaded.  Bought in October 2022 and contacted them after a few months that switch was not working not much was done in terms of replacing or refundingNot safe anymore

All good, had to use initiative to work out user manual. Very confusing and not very clear.However, all works well and is perfect for our needs.
