I used this knife for years. I had it for a long time before I started using it possibly because the handle was different. When I started using it I loved it. It was one of my favorite knives. Sharp, easy to handle, good balance and flexible for more than just bread. The handle design was very helpful. It effectively extended blade length because the knife handle didn't stop the blade as it would with traditional knives. In effect it made the blade longer than it was which helped in some circumstances. It lasted a long time too. No rust issues here.

I am ordering these knives again because they are so awesome, I remove fish guts with the fork like point and cut right thru fish back bones and I can filet the fish with these knives as well. But the most impressive thing is that I cut all of my sushi rolls gracefully, and never squish the rolls using this knife. I will all ways keep a set of these slicers on hand. I love it

good bread cutter..a little big for tomatoes..
