Its working just fine always read the manual before putting the water or setting up so you will kot mess up cause everything you should know is in the small manual like the volts and etc.

I bought their product twice. Both times it was broken. The first time the alarm wouldn’t go off. The second time the facial steamer wouldn’t work. Cheap cheap product that was poorly made. DONT BUY. Ever!!!!

Works great! Just as described. Q The only downfall is when the water runs out it makes a loud sound to alert you instead of shutting off automatically.

I use this steamer within my space at a spa during facials. It is a great choice to make for my esti friends who are freshly starting out within their esthetician journey. It is simple to use and put together which was also a plus. Unfortunately, their is this loud timer that goes off when the steamer runs out of water. At max, I think the steamer will run out of water within 20-25 minutes because it cannot go down past a certain point. So, in my case, that means only 10 mins of steam for enzyme and mask. Clients want a space where they can relax and it is important to have a calm environment. I do my best to time it perfectly so the timer does not go off in the middle of the service.

Purchased this in Sept 2023 and it was working great. However it started smoking all of sudden while I was in the treatment room with my client. It smelled like plastic burning which was scary. I don’t recommend this steamer if you’re looking for long lasting.
