Q: does the polymer roller gets dry if not used every other day?

Hi, The Polymer will get dry after 5-6 days and you can soak it in the water before use it again. We recommend to leave polymer on the stand to dry if you know you will not use it for a long time.

Q: My country voltage is 240-220 . Did the device charge on that voltage?

I’m in the USA which is 120 that’s as much as I can tell you sorry. Maybe ask the manufacturer?

Q: can it be used on area rugs / carpets ?

Thanks for the questions. It can only be used on hard floor like tile, wood, laminate, stone, engineering wood. It can't be used on rugs and carpets.

Q: Is it ok to use other cleaning solutions? Has anyone tried?

Hizero don't recommend use any other brand solutions for three reasons: 1. Hizero cleaning solution has special formula and it does not contain residue to block the water tube inside. If you by chance use other brand formula, it may either block the water tube, or may generate foam on the floor. 2. Hizero cleaning solution is concentrated solution, you only need one small capsule cap to fill the clean water tank will be enough. 3. the machine has 2 years warranty only when you use Hizero cleaning solution. If you use other brand cleaning solution cause the product damage, Hizero won't be able to cover the warranty.
