Excellent walking poles
I used it at a recent trekking in the Himalayas and they were very sturdy and I could change the length to suit ascent & descent. Very happy with the purchase

It's really helps reduce stress on ankles knees and prevents back pain while trekking.Quality wise product is satisfactory, but little overpriced in comparison to renowned brands of Decathlon store.

Took me a bit to figure out how to use it lol
So here's how to use it.1. pull the rod out to your ideal length2. start twisting the rod to clockwise to tighten the screw inside the rod
