Rug is very soft. It is very thin, depending on where you put it you might have to put a padding under it so it does not slide around.

The size is accurate and it is soft however it's very flat. Not really for comfort but cute look! It's pretty much what I expected though for the $25 bucks each! (I purchased 2)If I didn't have so many problems with Amazon deliveries😠 (I'm never ordering another item from Amazon again ) I'd order more of these cute carpets for other spaces in my apartment!☹
