Does the Job
I was a little iffy about a pregnancy band. This is my second pregnancy and I am more “fluffy” than the last time. I have always had back issues after my first son due to a wreck. The band is easy to adjust, and had a good snug fit. It takes away the back pain, and pelvic pressure. I like that I can easily adjust to my needs. Tighter or looser just depending on my pain. It also fits well under my clothes and doesn’t look bulky. It does kinda ride up after a while if you sit. I work at a computer so sometimes I have to stand up. No biggie. I also am fairly comfortable in the car as well. While walking it is comfortable and I barely notice it is there. I haven’t slept in it but I don’t think it would be comfortable. Definitely a must have if you’re pregnant.

Good Support, can’t wear while sitting
I bought this belt for my third pregnancy. My first, I got away with nothing, but I didn’t get that large with my first, and he wasn’t a big baby. My second, I used a Velcro “waist trimmer” under my bump, while not officially for pregnancy my midwife said it was fine to wear. I felt I needed something since I was teaching dance and on my feet for longer hours. It was decent, but for my third I decided to invest in a more official piece of support. After some research and reading reviews, I went with this one.I went with the L based on other reviews, and it worked fine throughout my whole pregnancy. (I’m 5’7” and get up to 175lbs when I’m due, if that helps). First couple times getting it on is a bit tricky, figuring out what goes where and which side up. I like that you can wear this with or without the top band. The support is good, but overall the biggest drawback for me was that you can’t wear this while sitting down. I have two other kids and I’m up and down, and it’s impractical to be getting it on and off all the time, so overall I didn’t wear it as much as I had anticipated. There were a few key moments I was very glad to have it and it saved me some back pain, just not as much as I had hoped. Overall I think I would rate this 3.5 stars.

It works well but…
Pros:• yes, it helps stabilize and reduce pelvic pain!• love to use this to exercise and walks• it’s strong and very stretchy.• supports back well, with two well build metal sticks. (They are braided on a flat position so you won’t get polked.)Cons:• it’s annoying to remove it all the time for (showers, multiple bathrooms trips and clothes changes)• Velcro is not long lasting. Conclusion: you can have the greatest pelvic and back support with this belt, but only for a few weeks. Velcro will loosen with daily use and you will look into buy others just like I did. I also did notice other reviews with the same complaint but ignored them, thinking they just didn’t take good care of the product, but I was wrong. For context, I purchased this product when I was 14 weeks pregnant. I’m 21 weeks now and having to find a new one. Hope this helps.

Great quality
Great! Just what I needed for support. Easy to put on once you get the hang of it and tightness feels good.

Size-up
I am 5'2" and around 120 lbs pre-prengnacy and I have spondylolisthesis. My back condition is not severe, but I definitely feel it lately at 24 weeks pregnant. This week I also started having severe cramping down my right leg. This item immediately alleviates the nerve pain I feel in my back and the leg cramps when I put it on.My primary criticism about this belly band is that it runs small. I purchased a size S and I probably won't be able to use it for very long. If I sit down while wearing it the baby kicks which makes me think it's too tight so I have to unbuckle it. I will probably get something more stretchy for general wear and only put this on while I'm standing for long periods. My second criticism is that the crazy velcro they use sticks to everything. It's pilled parts of the band where it wasn't supposed to be attached and all of my maternity pants with the belly panel just love to stick to the velcro and it tears them up. It's still worth it.

Very supportive
I love this back brace. It truly alleviates my back pain. It also helps with my posture, keeping my back straight. This has been a game changer in my third trimester. Would highly recommend for every pregnancy.

Waste Of Money
The band DID fit around my belly, which was a plus considering the circumference of my waste in my third trimester. With that said, I found it to be a waste of money due to the inability to function as a belly support. The item is stretchy more than it is stiff and thus it acts more like a belly binder than a belly support. The bloating and heartburn at that stage of my pregnancy were unbearable and I already hated wearing anything tight, but the mere thought of relieving the strain on my hips pushed me to consider the purchase. The item arrived quickly in nice packaging. As I was putting the band on for the very first time the velcro strap that goes over the top of the belly fell in a different spot then it should of when getting everything situated to try on for the first time and when removing it the underbelly band to put it in the right placd it became undeniably damaged/frayed when incorrect placed. I have no doubt that this would be a common occurrence during normal use. The biggest issue for me was realizing there was no real way for the design to allow belly support without some sort of straps going around my shoulders to displace the weight somehow from my hips to literally anything else; banding my belly clesrly just made it tight and uncomfortable while pushing baby to sit higher in the abdomen due to lack of space in the lower hips. It did NOTHING to relieve hip and lower back pain because it was incapable of shifting or removing strain and weight from the hips to somewhere else.

Really helped my back ache
Wore this in my third trimester as the back ache was getting quite painful. Feels very supportive and fitted great under my bump. Could also use if not pregnant and need back support
