I wanted what was in the photo. I got a sloth that was a different colour ,not as plush and a long style water bottle not a standard one . Basically not half as nice as what was shown . All in all not what I ordered or wanted . I am having terrible trouble contacting amazon about this plus it is for an xmas present so too late to now order another.A very unhappy customer .

I bought this for my granddaughter aged 7years. She loved it! I gave it to her to use in the car as she was feeling a bit poorly and has quite a long journey to school in the mornings. Its such a good size bigger than I expected so she was able to cuddle it all the way to school as it retained its heat well. It is so soft and looks just like a teddy although she said it was a bunny!! Great success

Their bottle looks really sweet but the fabric is very thin and the hot water bottle feels like it’s made of plasic (clear plastic) and doesn’t feel durable like a rubber bottle does. A bit disappointed about the quality.

Excellet customer services, first delivery was wrong item but the correct order was sent and all sorted within a week, thank you so much for your fast response. These are so soft , just right for a cold winter night.

Can't wait to see my daughters face near Xmas when she opens this she loves sloths it is so cute
