Strong smell wont go away
This looks really good with plenty decent reviews. On receipt it had a strong, chemical smell - assume it is glue. The packaging said to wash the bowl - but that didn't help. Has been sat in a cupboard for a few days now and every time I open that cupboard all I can smell is that chemical smell.No way would I put foodstuffs in this.

Keeps spice well.
It works well for storing black pepper. I really enjoy the spoon. No more using pepper shakers, having to wash before refilling. This stays fresh and clean. Easy access while cooking. I'm very pleased with the look and quality of the design.

Great salt vessel
This is a beautiful little salt vessel. It holds a decent amount of my favourite kosher salt and the internal spoon is the perfect size for a pinch of salt. The marble top is beautiful and matches my kitchen. Definitely recommend.
