If you love coffee
This makes a great cup of coffee! Easy to use, easy to clean. Compact and, best of all, affordable. You don’t HAVE to spend a lot of money or have a giant contraption to make a quality cup of coffee for yourself.

Coffee snobbery
I was once a keurig girl, for many years, actually. I gave that up for the pour-over method because (in my opinion) it tastes better. That was me leveling up my coffee snobbery just a little bit. I have relatives with the fancy home espresso machines with the pods (you know what I'm talking about). No complaints - that stuff tastes great. But I didn't want to go back to a machine with pods. So, I stick with my pour-over. However, I got this moka pot and sometimes I use it. Not EVERY single day, but usually 2-3 mornings a week. In my opinion (again), this pot makes better coffee than pour-over, which is better than keurig coffee. So I have once again leveled up my coffee snobbery, and I've been quite happy with it. Bonus points, the gray blue color is my favorite color...it's beautiful and functional and I love it. Other reviewers made comments about the plastic handle melting or breaking off. To avoid these things with my pot, I just keep those things in mind and I don't hold the handle while I'm twisting the pot together or apart. I also have been very careful to position the pot on the stove burner such that the handle is NOT directly over the burner. I have not had any issues and my handle is still intact and has not melted at all. Very happy with my beautiful blue moka pot.

Works well
Its good quality, fits enough for people, the quality and taste of the coffee that it makes is there, filters the coffee well, its easy-ish to clean, have had for a few months and still like new, so I expect it will be durable. Only complaint is sometimes leaks but its not enough to make me not like it I think its my mistake of not tightening it properly or something.

Worth it!
I love my Moka Pot! Definitely prefer the taste to other at home coffee options. Wish I got a bigger size but this is perfect for a single user. The only downside, from what I have read and semi personal experience is you don’t want to use high heat, so it takes a bit to boil and you have to be patient. Not a quick method but tastes better than quick options if that makes sense.

One of the best gifts I have ever received
My husband gifted me this coffee pot for my birthday. I was a little skeptical because it seemed like a lot of work for a little coffee. In reality, there is very little upkeep you have to do to this little pot to keep it clean, and I'm sure you're supposed to use a certain kind of coffee but I just use the regular stuff I use in my drip coffee maker. I rinse the pot thoroughly, fill the reservoir with filtered water, measure out my coffee, twist on the lid, and put it on the stove. In no time, I have the most flavorful cup of coffee ever. Technically it's about 4 shots of espresso but I split it between myself and my husband, so we are well caffeinated and ready to go in the morning! We don't have to drink multiple cups to feel awake and energized. It has the added bonus of looking super cute on our stove. I love this little guy!A word of advice to people just starting out with this pot - make sure to set the pot on the edge of your burner so the handle is not over the heat. The handle is plastic and could melt if you had it turned the wrong way.

So cute
It works just like the bigger ones, it is so tiny, it feels more like a toy. It only brews about half a cup at a time.

Whatever, my dad likes coffee and I hate it.
Bang for a buck, also it's cheap material and you need to learn the craft to make it especially from this time can. Don't buy it for awesome coffee but it for experiential coffee making.

Rock this inexpensive Moka Pot
I chose Primula Moka Pot because I wasn't sure that the method would make a low-acid coffee, espresso-like coffee that would work with my medical issues. There are other Moka Pots, but I didn't know if the resulting coffee would work for me. Therefore, I went with the cheapest. When the Primula arrived I thought, "Yup, okay, I got what I paid for." The imperfection in the metal, which is now a little stained from use in the photo, and the feel of the material concurred with its low price. But it had good weight, solid hinge, and sturdy handle, albeit small. At first, I was disappointed in the coffee. It perculated, but the coffee was like watery espresso, somewhere between an Americano and an espresso. I experimented with beans, grinds, and water amounts. I even went to Starbucks, paid for an espresso, but walked out with the grounds to try in my moka pot. The coffee was not smooth and full. Then, I don't know how it happened. I hit upon my recipe. 2 flat tablespoons of store brand espresso coffee. (Can't figure that out!) Fill water just below the pressure valve. Perk on 8 (do not overheat) and remove from burner immediately or the coffee will cook (some people love that taste).I have been told that freshly roasted, freshly ground beans will produce a crema with this method, but I haven't succeeded.Tips.1. People say the handles melt. Never put a Moka Pot in the centre of your burner.2. Make sure your fingers are in the handle properly. The hinge is hot.3. Put water in the bottom, insert the filter and add the grounds, then - leaving the base on the counter - screw on the top section. No threading errors, no leaks.4. After pouring, run under cool water, and you can flip and compost the grounds while they are damp.5. Rinse the top two pieces right away. Ready for more!6. Put the spout way over your cup. It dribbles.5 things I love. The Primula is inexpensive! It is inexpensive to operate. No pods, filters... Just grounds. Moka pots are helpful for the environment... No wasteful pods. Primula perks a steamy espresso-like coffee. Primula is solid and easy to use, easy to clean. If I upgrade to a more expensive one, here's why. The threads are not silky smooth when turning. The spout drips. The smallish handle doesn't fit a hand easily. But so far, those aren't reasons to spend $40 on a brand name Moka Pot.

Makes coffee
Great coffee maker. I wish it was a bit bigger though. Not fancy Italian finish, but value for money.
