These are just what they seem to be. They are made of a semi-hard plastic, almost like a hard foam. Anyhow they are perfect for sanding all of those difficult angles and corners. I highly recommend these.

Inexpensive, just what I needed
I was sanding some profiles on some drawer fronts by hand, it was taking forever and hard to not change the profile. I ordered these and problem solved. Made it take half as long and made the profile I was sanding look better. They have been used on several other projects now. Great addition to the shop.
