Im on 2 so body shakes and helthy meal at moment of cous cous salmon and veg, started a week ago and lost 5lb starting weight 17st 11lbOrdered these chickpeas as i needed a snack low calorie and so glad i did, you get loads in the pkt and tasts like nuts, its good to really chew somthing so tasty, ive just tried them only ate about 3rd of pk cause that is enough, ill go back to them tonightBut if your looking for low cal snack with so much flavour , go for it,I also bought the dark choc but ill use them wen im desperate for a choc fixI deffo recommend them ❤

Not gluten free
Sorry brave gluten free crisps are lovely. These aren't gluten free and too hard and don't taste nice. Love corn ones are much nicer.
