For the money it'll get the job done🤞
It worked but took a lot of effort to get it to squeeze tight enough to compress the rings at the joint in the tool where the sleeve overlaps.I had to put the square tool in a vise and I could get it tight enough. On the 7th piston it started having trouble staying where I set it at. It would come loose when I set it on the deck and it would pop loose. It did eventually work but I threw it away when I finished.For the price though It did get me through the v8 build so that's why I gave it 3 stars. 2 and a half if they had a half!

Putting the squeeze on things
The tool worked fine it is the only way to get the piston back into the engine with out breaking the rings, I have used other types of ring compressors but I like this type best.
