I bought this, but didn't open the box for at least 30 days. When I pulled it out of the box and tried to turn the actuator fully counter-clockwise (full throttle), it stuck in the full throttle position. (Note that the TPS I was replacing did not stick so I knew this one was defective. Since I was past the return date, I had to throw it away.
