How long does this stay cold for?

It stays cold for almost an hour, then you have to put it back in the fridge.

Do I keep this continually in freezer when not in use?

I always keep it in the freezer because I never know when I’ll have a headache It stays cold for a couple hours.

Can I just put in on my eyes?

I guess you could but that's not the idea of it. I bought it for my grandson who has migraines. He likes it and says it gets rid of the migraines quicker because it's cold and tight. There are other things out there to put on your eyes.

Can I keep this in the fridge or does it have to go in the freezer?
