I finally got my cycle back a year and a half after chemotherapy and just wanted to try to keep myself in balance. I can definitely feel the difference this has on my body. It doesn’t taste good but I just chase it with a little juice. The only thing i don’t like is that it doesn’t say on the bottle which phase of your cycle to use this. For that, you have to go on their website. And because I have 3 different products of theirs for balancing hormones, I always forget which one to take during which phase and I end up marking it on my calendar to help me remember which is which. The bottles all look alike so you have to pay attention if you’re taking more than one of their products.

Note: This product does take about two weeks for you to see and feel noticeable changes. This shouldn’t deter you from using the product since this is the nature of all tonifying herbs.PROS: I don’t have much chin hair and upper lip hair as before. Also, my period is no longer heavy.CONS: Because this isn’t a simple (as in one herb) I’m not sure which herb is benefiting me the most.Overall, this is a great product for women in the perimenopause stage.

I wanted to love this- the brand is reputable, the ingredients are good. But oh my goodness the taste is horrific! I could not stomach this. I mixed with water as instructed and it had me full on gagging thinking I was going to throw up. I ended up tossing the rest of the bottle. Not for me.

Starting off I really don’t enjoy the taste of this and for that reason I always mix this with water then sip on some orange juice afterwards to mask the aftertaste and it seems to help.The quality and ingredients are excellent and I noticed some positive effects with my mood which I think is great. I have been using another supplement from this brand too though. I didn’t notice any sensitivity with my stomach either which is good.I think the value is decent but could be better considering the bottle is only small and will last just under a month if you use it daily.Overall, I think this is a good herbal supplement that helps alleviate PMS and other hormonal related issues. It works well for me.

This tastes horrible... a mix between licorice and dirt... but I deal with the taste to reap the benefits of all the amazing herbs in it that have been scientifically proven to help with what it's for.
