Q: How do you wash these? They came with no washing instructions???

I was on normal with cold water. Dry on the cooler side and take out as soon as finished. If they end up sitting in the dryer (like mine have on occassion), put a damp wash cloth or dish towel and re-dry for a few minutes--but not on high! You fold them very similar to a fitted sheet.

Q: Does it cover all four sides?

Yes, this cloth covers all four sides. It is fitted, so for our purposes, we slit one of the sides open and sewed up the edges so we may get under the table easier to store things. Otherwise, we would have to lift the cloth on at least three sides to get to our stock. We are very pleased with the product. We wanted one fitted enough not to have the sides fly up during windy times and this certainly fills that need.
