This product started off solid, but within 5 months, the device requested a Windows activation key, which wasn't provided (and I assumed it came with an authentic version of Microsoft Windows installed)... After two weeks of getting pop ups requesting this activation key, and me reaching out to this seller, I finally got locked out of the device and its inoperable.This seller is either distributing knock off product, or trial versions of softwares. I'd have expected more considering the price and specs of this device!!Needless to say they never respond to any outreach, hence my review.

The PC looks pretty amazing and seems to be working properly for all functions except the cooling. It is understandable that the machine is with the highest specs and the best options loaded on it, but the fan starts off very quickly after start-up and works for almost 90% of the running time. apart from being very noise and irritating, it makes you wonder if it has a real problem or not. I am planning to return this to HP for a technical check up.

The lap top I got was not new, it had glue or scotch residues, minor scratches, had to return it.

We r facing keyboard problem. Unable type any letters & numeric. Wrong Keys are typing & some alpha keys reprensting numerical

Everything was great about the Laptop , we really liked it , it was a perfect choice as a business laptop

It is a very good laptop, and this is my second envy model. .. seller is fast and prompt
