(I wear my ear phones all day and night EVERYDAY!) to drown out neighbours noise etc.Ok, I purchase headphones regularly, at least twice a year and sometimes more, because the cables fail or the ear earpieces disintegrate. Usually it is the cables that fail 1st. I decided to pay more and try out ear monitor style earphones.These have outstanding sound quality far better than conventional ones.... 5 stars! (Personally I would award 10 stars)Cables are far more durable and have not failed yet with 7 months of constant wear...... 5 stars! (I can use these cables on my next set although they have discoloured with use).)The cables hook over the ears helping to keep the ear phones in place without having to buy earhooks BUT the cable over the ear eventually makes my ear sore (I wear mine all day and night EVERYDAY!)..... 4 starsHOWEVER the paint wore off of the earpieces within a week.... 1 starThe earpiece connector where the cable attaches to the earpiece has just disintegrated at month 7....both the plastic and the metal inside..... 1 starFor me personally I would recommend based on the sound quality. For the average wearer, with care they will probably last longer. These stood up well to my extended wear. (I take good care of them too they do not get thrown in bags or chucked on tables). I have another pair kept in reserve but they are KZ EDX PROs that are not as good sound wise as these KZ ZSN Pro X's

Having read some very encouraging reviews I had good expectations for these earphones (and a very good bargain at the price). But I am very disappointed with the performance: impossible to listen to serious music on these phones - they emphasize higher frequency sounds to an absurd degree, and seem to have virtually no bass response at all. The overall effect is "scratchy". I used the phones with a high res music player, but I can honestly say that I am getting better results with an old pair of phones I bought on a flight to Canada nearly ten years ago (and they cost me about £15). Maybe the model has changed, but I cannot believe that I have listened to the same model that other buyers have reviewed so positively - either that, or my hearing has gone!

Heard about these as I was looking for a pair to replace the old headphones I had. Upon receiving them i thought that it looks amazing and would perform more better, oh how i was quite a naive one for believing myself into thinking this could be too good for the price, and frankly it is too good for the price unfortunately.When connecting to any headphone slot, I am immediately greeted to what sounds like static white noise glitching though the ear piece, trying to figure out if it was just these earphones or the connection as i heard nothing like this with the previous ear/headphones. After some use it soon becomes uncomfortable to wear for such periods, now i can't seem to be wearing them for anything longer then 30 minutes as they pretty much feel uncomfortable, even when using the smaller sizes it came with they still pretty much felt undesirable.The sound, at first everything was fine, but it bleeds out the sounds even on the lower volumes when listening to spotify, whilst it does give somewhat a mediocre sound quality, it can be rather peaking quite easily and damage your inner ear if you are not careful on the volume setting, even with little to no EQ's being used.Overall it's not the most ideal earphones to pay for at this price, you'd be honestly better off with a different earphone then this one, unless you like the looks of them overall.

I use these as In Ear Monitors in my covers band .I had a mishap with my Sure se215's and got these as I couldn't afford the SE 215's at the time.The sound quality of these isn't quite as good but I have found them to be perfectly adequate.I have also found them to be more comfortable than the Sures.I'm going to stick with these rather than get new SE215's.

Well made, solid rustle-free cable, comfortable, easy to drive. From other reviews was expecting something quite a bit better sound-wise; they have a nice bass for sure, much better than sennheiser ear buds costing twice as much but mids are very low and quite a significant boost in the highs. Sources that sound ok on other headphones (studio AKGs etc) now hiss like anything. In practice this means they're ok for general music listening, good for more 'analytical' music production work (listening out for strange clicks and distortions etc) and actually pretty good for tv and movie watching, plenty of thump but also good with dialogue. So, for twenty quid they're perfectly fine but wouldn't use them for critical listening or genres like jazz, classical etc.
