I loved that I could keep track of all the meds and appointments, as well as taking daily notes. The quality is excellent, it is just the right size, and very easy to use. In my opinion you are getting something that is worth more than you paid for.

Our daughter brought this for me to use with my husband because she helps me with his appointments. It works great to keep information and to stay on top of his conditions. I have been using it for phone calls for the doctors office also. I bought one for myself.

Would like a less detailed format. I keep daily notes on carbs, meds, insulin doses, appts, etc. activities

We are going through a medically..this journal helps keep us in order, we are seeing a heart transplant team..a lot of info and appointments to keep straight..I highly recommended this

This is an awesome detailed book. It was a bit much for daily pages. I would have liked a better medication tracker without having to rewrite each Rx daily.More space to write random comments. More of a free style journal.I appreciate Dr. Appointment pages will order that specific notebook.Again it is greats, but details are awesome if I was doing vitals daily.

Like the page templates

this is an excellent resource for keeping up with my doctors, appointments, result of appointments and current medications. I take with me to all my appointments so I do not forget anything. The best part is the inclusion of the body where I can color/highlight where any issues or pain appear. It would be great if there was an added place to track patient portal logins and passwords, but I am extremely happy with this purchase, and would purchase for anyone navigating their medical journey.

With more meds being prescribed to me, I had to track the timing and amount of pills to take on a daily basis. Each day is a full page where you write the timing, dosage and amount of medication you take. There is room at the bottom for writing drug reactions. There is a diagram of a human where you can highlight what body parts are causing issues. I recommend this for anyone having a change in medication. You can easily track your meds, reactions, and issues and share your notes with your doctor.
