Once pumped up about 100x, should it ever need pumped up again? Does it loose pressure overtime?

Theoretically it should not lose any pressure, that said no system is perfect and it will lose a small amount through the seals and such over time. You might consider a pressure gauge to check it or use the power recharger which is available from Mares through Amazon. This recharges the gun to full pressure using your scuba tank and it has a gauge so you can see the pressure.I have two guns one is much older, about 30 years old, and it looses pressure over the winter. I am sure it needs service. But until then I keep it going with the recharger.
