I do like it but it has very little tension there is no way to tighten it up I'm 5'2 and this is probably good for someone who is 6 ft. to get good tension then they probable would have to worry about the cords breaking. This material looks like a thicker balloon rubber ball Cant decide if I should send it back unsure. But its not worth the money 2/7/21.

I am pleased with my pedal resistance band. I got the purple one and it has helped me tremendously with ab exercises. I sometimes use it for my biceps and I can definitely feel the burn since I don't train my arms anymore. I recommend it for anyone that wants something that is small and wants to get back in shape. I forgot to mention that the pedal band came with a small guide demonstrating all the sorts of exercises you can use it for.

This pedal band is my absolute favorite. It's comfortable to use. I was able to work out and I could feel it. It felt way better on my joints than some of the other products I've used in the past. It was the right amount of stretchy and it's so versatile that I can get a core workout as well as an arm workout while sitting down.

So far this Pedal Resistance Band is working well and helps with leg extensions. I am 5'10" and the band stretches far enough but could have another inch of length to give it better extension.

I love it

This is made out of cheap foam . It is comfortable and thats it. The stretchy thing is composed of 4 skinny cheap loose rubber tubes. I had one of these about 20 years ago and thought this would be similar. Instead it is the cheapest version. It stretches , but there is zero tension so It doesn't feel like anything. Once again I got duped by reviews . For reference I am female and only 5' 4" and over 50 yrs old. I've tried several exercises with it and it feels like nothing . The handles and feet are both regular foam. So disappointed but I should have known at this price anyway.
