I absolutely loved The forest feast and the forest feast gatherings cookbooks. They are wonderful! I love how she has simplified the instructions. The illustrations and pictures are so colorful... just makes you feel as though you are there with them enjoying the meals! I bought one for a friend also..

I am low key obsessed with this book. Everything I’ve made from it is delicious. No one in my family is a vegetarian but we have all been enjoying these recipes. And it all is SO beautiful when served. The recipes don’t use tons of ingredients and they are easy to make. Plus the book is honestly gorgeous. My favorite so far has been the asparagus and pistachio pizza!

Easy recipes set in pages of beautiful background. Gave as gifts….receiver loves it.

This is my second Forest Feast cookbook and I love them so much. They are so beautiful and colorful to look at. So many great and creative ways to use produce and I love the batch cocktails this book has. The recipes are special but uncomplicated. This book would make a great gift especially to the vegetarian in your life.

This is an amazing book. I’ve cooked from it, been inspired by it to try new ideas and creations, and have gifted it to others. So well put together. A joy to read and a joy to actually use. Edible flowers with veggies in rice paper (exquisitely beautiful) , veggie tacos that my family loves, comfort-food onion bake, and so many more great recipes. The author also gives lovely suggestions for presentation. The book is organized by the four seasons.Highly recommend.

Bought for my vegetarian DIL. She has several vegetarian cookbooks but this one is different. It's for parties! Menus with the pages to find the recipe. The photography is beautiful, and as someone who loves to cook, I can see the recipes are well done. I can't wait to give it to her for Christmas. Yeah it's May, but I shop early.

This cookbook is so beautiful! It makes me want to make all of the recipes immediately and call over every one I've ever met :)This book, like the previous one, is full of simple yet fresh and flavorful recipes. There are menus provided for certain types of get togethers and the author includes the prep instructions including what you can make the night before to smooth out the hectic dinner party process. My only complaint is that I wish there had been a recipe for the gnocchi rather than just "package of gnocchi". There is even a gluten free & vegan section which is perfect for a friend of mine with multiple allergies and sensitivities. I hope everyone else enjoys the stunning photography and fun party menus as much as I do.

I bought this for my mom for her birthday since she loves to entertain. My sister and I both dont eat meat so it has a lot of options for us and pretty easy recipes so its not to complicated for mama :) She loves the design of the book and she likes that it comes with pictures of how the food is supposed to look. Can't wait to try some more recipes!!

Magnifique livre, conforme à la description. Je n'ai pas testé les recettes car c'était un cadeau, mais ça donne envie. Il change des traditionnels livres de recettes.

Erin Gleeson sta diventando una delle mie preferite! Incredibile perché subito non mi piaceva....il suo stile ispirato agli anni 50 lo trovo davvero unico.le ricette sono tutte semplici e veloci, ideali per la donna moderna sempre di corsa. Tutte le ricette sono vegetariane come il bellissimo libro precedente. Ma forse parlare di ricette e' fuorviante perché davvero i suoi piatti non richiedono molto impegno e nemmeno troppi ingredienti, sono sempre molto semplici ma sorprendenti. Libro pensato per chi ama ricevere senza dannarsi in cucina
