Good Choice
Our old sliding glass door handle needed to be replaced. It had a 4-15/16 hole spacing and this item replaced perfectly the older 'New Zealand' handle. I was able to use the new parts (incl latch lever, screws, etc) to install. This was a perfect replacement (although the look was a little different). I am very happy with the results.
