I was honestly skeptical about this product and had not written a review until now after about two months of consuming it. I can certainly tell you that it has helped with regulating my cycles and elevated my energy level during the day. I do recommend this royal jelly and ordered it for my mom as well. She is about to menopause and is happy about the results of these capsules. The capsules do not have any significant smell or taste and are easy to swallow. I personally just take one per day before breakfast.

The pills taste terrible. I had gotten them to help with a skin rash and it seems as soon as I took one, my skin rash got worse.Waste of money and I can’t return it.

I switched to this brand because the brand I was using is unavailable. I feel like it doesn't work. I still have crazy premenopause mood swings with these. And I've noticed I have horrible indigestion with these. I was hoping these worked because I like to use more natural stuff. Definitely not worth the price because they don't work properly.
