Awesomely made and detailed action figure. I will not say it’s a toy though as it takes time and caution to transform. I love looking at it in the robot form with the separately sold strike/super parts sets gears. The details are amazing even the finger joints can be moved/articulating. The robot form is tall. See the picture of it standing next to iPhone Xs Max and a spray bottle.

Have wanted a Valkyrie for a long time, but was never willing to spend the money. Once I decided to buy, I also decided to get one of the nicer ,though more expensive, figures. There are several versions out there, some less expensive, but after watching a few on-line video reviews, I decided on this version. Not a mistake. This figure is very detailed and has plenty of moving parts and accessories. Hand that are attached out of the box have articulated fingers. There are three additional sets of hands (fist, holding gun & gesturing) that are not articulated. Transforms nicely, though a little complicated. Instructions are in Japanese, but there are fairly detailed illustrations. I have transformed to gerwalk (guardian) mode. that's my favorite. Looks awesome. Have not tried to transfer to full battroid mode. May not... at least for now. Stand can be modified to display in each of the three modes: jet (in flight), gerwalk and battroid.Additional accessories, armor and missiles, can also be purchased but they are almost as expensive as the figure itself. Will keep an eye out for the armor.Very pleased with the figure. It is rather pricy, but very nice... almost "camera ready" if it were a movie model.

Great heft, and very solid in all modes. All details are tampo printed, and it is a beautiful piece to behold. The only negative thing i noticed , was the backpack is slightly tilted to the left, but it doesn't affect transformation. Adjustable wing ailerons, deployable landing gear, articulated fingers, and additional posed hands. This is the ultimate valkyrie, and i commend Bandai for their attention to detail.The Gundam in the background has been with me for nearly 20 years. Another example of Bandai at its best!

I bought this with the strike parts which I think is a must. The extra parts make it look bulkier. I like the details of the VF-1. And it seems to be pretty durable which is good when you transform it into different modes. The scale is good but bigger is always better. I think the price is a little too much because it doesn't include the strike parts and missile parts. When you buy everything separately, they will cost over $500 which is a lot for this scale.
