Did not work with my RCA TV despite this remote looking exactly like my original remote. I so hate to throw out a TV just because the remote no longer works.

Needs directions for old people like me.
This didn't have any directions in it so maybe I am just inept but I couldn't figure out how to get this to hook up to my TV and Spectrum box. Since Spectrum used to be Time Warner I figured it would work but I am willing to say the problem might be me, maybe it had to actually be Time Warner. Still, having directions of some sort would have helped me to realize if I had made a mistake. I'm going to give my 14 year old grandson the job of seeing if he can hook it up when he comes to visit soon. I just think directions would have been really nice.
