Good quality and excellent value.
Quality socket, I use these extra deep sockets for u-bolts, I frequently use a 3/4” drive torque wrench and adapt down to 1/2” and the socket handles it fine. I clean all my tools when done and work in a high humidity environment. The Sunex does not rust like the exact same size and style Snap-On.

If you have a Ford 7.3 or Explorer or Ranger Buy This!
Originally bought to service the injection pressure regulator on my 96 Ford with a 7.3 Powerstroke engine however it has been used much more on my 91 Explorer to loosen the front coil spring retainer bolt. The extra deep is needed to get over the length of the stud going into the TTB axle beam on my Explorer and to reach over the IPR on the Powerstroke engine. It is a little hard to get into position on the 7.3 especially if you still have the fuel bowl but I was able to get it and turn enough to break the IPR loose. Overall a great socket to have if you have Fords!

worth it!!!!
This is the tool you need if you need to reach a nut that is 5 in down on a stud. I used this on my 1996 Ford Ranger 4x4 radius arm stud bolt.Needed impact to brake it loose. Also heat and PBB.Shipping was right on time. Thanks!!!!

Good IPR extractor
Extra deep socket, long enough to extract the IPR sensor

Excellent 7.3l IPR extractor!
Trust the previous comments. This will allow you to remove the IPR with out having to remove the entire HPOP. You will have to remove the turbo spider, some vacuum lines and wires, but that is a very minor R&R.

nice socket but does not work to remove the IPR
I read the reviews for this and the comments were positive for this socket working to remove the IPR on a 7.3 Diesel. For me the socket is to long and removal of the intake is necessary to get the wrench on the end of the socket. Not really looking to disassemble everything to get this to work so I ordered a diffrent tool to do this. The socket itself is very nice quality, so 5 stars.

Specialty socket.
I needed an extra deep 1-1/8" impact socket to use while rebuilding the front end under my current pickup truck project. A normal, deep impact socket isn't long enough to remove the nut from a 7" long, 3/4" (1-1/8" hex nut) stud. I have other Sunex tools and the quality vs. cost is very good. This socket, as well as all of my other Sunex tools, got the job done perfectly.

It’s extra deep socket alright
Used this to put on an ipr valve on my 7.3 diesel, it called for a deep socket and it worked perfect once I removed some sensors and could get to the ipr, really strong quality material

Great socket
Used this to take radius arm bolts off a 1976 Ford F-250. Worked great. Needed the super deep well. Solidly built socket.
