I love the costumer service.. they are responding to every question and very knowledgeable....Super fast, only 1 thing I didn't accept about this is that it's a scooter that has blinkers but no red tail light for cars behind me or my scooten buddy to know I'm slowing down . I'm always scared I'm gonna get smashed when slowing . I use blinkers flick it back and forth a couple times for the time being. Costumer service says they are sending me a new fender with a tail light.. super excited to get that on, little more safer riding at night time with a red brake light.. that is the only thing I dislike about the scooter.. it's big, sturdy and stylish.. heads will be turning,, If your a beginner , this scooter is gonna be a little much.. it has faster pick up then most gas powered vehicle.... Oh and yeah we should get a key fob for change modes of lights . I'd love to pick a color, or make it faster blink or a slower fade.. I highly recommend this scooter to anyone that has the heart and love for speed... It will surprise you........Love the battery life and the display , you can change p settings on it.. there is a setting I think it's p10.. that goes from 0-5 and it's for even more torque, afttterrr kicking the dual motor and take the eco off. Hold on tight , you going for a ride... Love the huge deck and interchangeable seat.. I like the seat off , it really has great room .. oh another thing is that since they gave us second set of tires . We need the brake pads too ... Another thing I'd like to comment on is I think they should offer pads and tires.. that's all I have to say for now had scooter for a week or so and absolutely love joy riding or even going to work .. that's all for now , I'll update of they ever hold there word for the brake lightGreat scooter 🛴🛴🛴🛴🛴🛴🛴

I just received my REDDYDY RD10 Electric Scooter today, and it took me very little time to put it together. Honestly, it comes assembled for the most part, just had to bolt on the turn signal lights, and add/adjust the seat stem. Everything else you just open/extend into the upright/locked positions. I took it for a short test drive, and it is quiet, smooth, and very fast when you want it to be. I didn't have the opportunity to test the "55MPH" limits, or the battery life as of yet, but I can tell you it will scare you if you're not prepared to go that fast. Everything worked right out of the box (horn, driving lights, side/base lights {they do flash and can not be set on 1 color}, base front lights (blue), base rear lights(red), turn signals, and base break lights (bottom lights on rear of base pad). If you're looking for a well built/constructed scooter with the speed and distance parameters that this scooter states, then look no further. I did find the manual that comes with it helpful, and have not had a reason to reach out to customer service (and hope I don't have to), but at this point in time, I would highly recommend this scooter!

Long story short... doesn't even last a 30 mile range... this should advertise on the range traveling at max speed not the lowest... yeh I didn't ride on the lowest speed... but with the idea with getting the most out of what I paid for I would expect at least to get 30 miles range on a full battery traveling at max speed... other than that it's nice.. yeh I have got the other problems other people have too.. back wheel makes a noise and lsd light doesn't work... no big deal still travels safely... but not 60 mile range... 23 mile range most at max speed.

The media could not be loaded. I’m 6ft and roughly 260 lbs. this thing moves!! I’ve had it up over 50mph.Honest and straight review.I’m really enjoying this scooter overall.Straight out of the box it feels pretty well built, mine arrived without any logos or branding with I was actually VERY happy with! The manual is worthless, the product info slip was incorrect and was for another 5600w similar version. (Those use a 2800w hub, this scooter thankfully was correct with 2x 3000w hubs.) finding parts seems to be fairly easy although it will take a little bit of browsing and patience as reddydy doesn’t have a direct website to order from.I’m a bigger guy, First full charge I kept it in 3rd gear, dual motor, turbo rode it HARD on and off for a bunch of short trips and got 22 miles before it was in the one bar territory. Which I’m actually pretty happy with. Riding “normally” I’d expect this to get in the 30-40 range with my size and style. Overall the build is solid, I would like a slightly more reinforced handle bar mount as this one seems a little lacking. But still useful.Make sure you properly set your brakes before riding.Each caliper has two bolts (pictured) that hold the caliper in place.Place something under the scooter that raises both wheels. Loosen the caliper bolts by a half turn, don’t need much. Press The throttle to spin the wheels and then clamp down the brake hard do this 2 or 3 times and then tighten the bolt back WHILE still holding the brake lever firmly. Do this for both wheels.

There's a few things I got to say about the company and it's awesome product. First off amazing friendly costumer service hands down! Plus my scooter came in early, next is this thing is wicked fast, easy to put together and take apart for storage. Hands down an amazing, scary fast, quality scooter for the price! I highly recommend this scooter! Definitely a satisfied customer!

I only got to 45 mph once, I couldn't imagine 55mph. 25-40 mph is my comfort zone. Very responsive!!! Suspension and weight are exception engineering! The ONLY thing is it's an awkward ~95lbs. I take it up and down a flight of stairs with some straps I bought seperatelt. However... it have made me go work out more so it's a easier carry. I'd buy 5 more of these.
