Plumbers repeatedly warned us about buying non-Moen products…and even warned that they will charge us more if it was complicated to install. I tried to source a similar Moen product but being at 3x the price, we ran the risk to install the “Amazon one” anyway. We had this one installed professionally and plumber had no complaints. Worked with existing rough ins and no leaks on first try. We love it for its classic look and kid friendly features (removable spray at kid height). Also customer service is excellent: seller responded to complaint via Amazon in 24 hours. Asked for extra gaskets, missing part and extension pole (must have!) and all shipped without cost and arrived within a week —well before plumber scheduled.

Leaks in multiple places! HORRIBLE product! If I could rate it a minus 10….I would. The parts do not fit properly. My plumber and I worked on this piece of crap for 6 hours and have had to rig it with plumbers putty just to try to stop the leaking from the shower. Cute but poor design! Installation was a nightmare! Functionality - still leaking!

Just unusable for me as I needed one with a separate hot and cold as shown. Otherwise it looks nice.

I love the style. It's industrial, modern, and vintage all at the same time. The parts are brass so it's very solid.I did change the shower-head to a speckman because they're more powerful. I also bought an extender pipe.

Looks pretty. But has a ton of leaks you’ll have to fix
