I brought a package home from Texas. It's just right, perfectly balanced. I ordered more for myself and a birthday gift. Follow the easy directions and maybe add two cans of beans vs one. Use whatever meats and/or beans you like. Excellent product!

Seasoning good but feel like I got rear ended by Amazon.
Seasoning was good but two days after I received my Tony Chacheres chili seasoning I found it at my local grocery for a third of the price. I recommend checking prices on everything Amazon sells.
