The biggest issue with this leash is - it is not bright enough. There is only one led light at the top of the leash. This dongle light then is in a tube that kinda picks up the light to make it travel the length of the tube inside the leash. The problem is - the brightness of the light drops off very fast. If you’re in the country and not many street lights or lights from hime - it may due the job. However in my suburbs with many houses having exterior lighting and regular lighting for the sidewalks - the light on yhe leash really doesn’t stand out that much.I guess because it wasn’t that expensive - but I really can’t recommend it - not bright enough.

We have a 4 month old lab who loves to chew. I bought the bright yellow leash. This leash is very bright and cars can easily see us while the dog walks by our side. She loves to chew the leash where is it hooked to her collar. So far it shows no fraying, punctures, or difference in the light intensity.

I love this leash. It is sturdy, well made with a padded loop handle and large end hook. It lights up on both sides although there is 10” near the dog end that doesn’t light up which some have complained about but I really like because my dog has seizures and I didn’t want that light up by his face anyway. The only drawback is that it is only 4ft. long which once again is not a problem for me since I’m walking a small dog. If you have a large dog this may not work for you.

We've been using this leash on short nighttime walks for over a week and have had no problems. Put it on to charge as soon as we received it. It's bright orange when charging but green in use, as advertised. Handle is comfortable. I wish the switch had memory of last setting so we didn't have to click through flashing mode every time, but this leash is a great deal compared to other apparently identical leashes for 2-3 times the price. Hope it lasts a good long time.

Haven't had to charge it yet! Had it for a for a few weeks. Got it since it gets so dark so early this time of year. Lots of compliments from dog owners I pass. Several different modes. Love that it keeps both me and the dog safe, since I'm holding the leash too. Highly recommend!

The leash is very easy to see at night and illuminates both me and my dog.

My 8 year old daughter insisted on buying this leash, and I thought it was a bit silly, but it's turned out to be great to have for night walks with our new puppy! Helps us see, and makes the kids feel better about being outside when it gets dark early during the winter. The leash is durable so far and we have had no issues with it charging.

This leash is way to short to use. A leash should be, at a minimum, 6 feel long to enable the dog and walker to be able to walk properly.
