They sound really good but the touch function needs some improvement. If you mistakenly touch the while taking it hangs up.

The Palm Bud Pro, are very comfortable to use that you forget you have them in your ears as they are extremely light. The noise cancelling and ambient control is ok based on the price point, I used them in the airport and plane. The touch sensors are so sensitive I kept turning of one or the other bud, it was annoying at the beginning, however once yo get the hang of it, and learn the tap/double tap/hold you start to fully enjoy them. The sound for music was soothing and well balanced, and the phone calls for caller and receiver was very clear, although sometimes I wished I could get increase the volume. One aspect that has to improve is the charging case, size is perfect but it can improve the way you remove the buds from the case, it can be hard for people with big hands.Overall, 4 out of 5! Great design, Great price point, great comfort.

These earbuds have great sound quality, but suffer a fatal flaw: when you touch them to push them into your ears they hang up the call. For some reason all the earbuds I’ve used begin to fall out of my ears during use, including the Apple EarPods, but unlike Apple, Palm decided to make the action of pushing them back into your ears the same as you use to hang up the call. In fact, if you answer a call without them, the very motion of putting them into you ears immediately hangs up the call. So the only time I can use them is if they are already in my ears before the call begins, and if it’s a long call I have to hope they don’t begin to slide out.

First of all, to get the buds out of the case is chore by itself... slippery, there is a very tight angle with force applied that only you can get it out of its case.. and I hate it.Sound, I've purchased this bud solely based on a well known *sound and Bluetooth expert youtuber* who had mentioned that these pair of earbuds have almost the best noise cancelling features and sound quality as the top brands around and I found that to be completely untrue.. they have no sound signature.. sound is tiny, and ANC almost do not exist.. I can barely feel the difference of it on or not.And the worst part out of all, the bud (right or left), when single tapped rejects/hang up a phone call... you might think this is normal.. but trust me you will need at least two taps to reject a call or hang up because as soon as you try to put the buds in your ear and again add a slight adjustment to it, it will recognize it as a tap and hang up!Buds feeling is on the cheap plasticky side.. and I would personally not recommend this to anyone I care about.

First of all I'd like to preface that I used to design headphones for a living, and am a huge critic when it comes to personal audio. That being said, I had to check these out and was not disappointed. The Palm buds were extremely comfortable in ear, and sealed perfectly to get those nice high's and lows in sound. The design is nice and sleek, and works really well in my ears during my morning workouts. The capacitive touch controls are great, and the charge case is nice and small to fit into my pocket. I think the biggest selling point of these are how comfortable they are over time. Many earbuds tend to give me ear fatigue, and these feel as if they are barely in there. Bravo, Palm!

It's extremely easy to disconnect a call while attempting to adjust the earbuds. Volume seems low (for phone calls - it's okay for music). The instructions for charging the earbuds are terrible. Apparently you MUST unplug the charging case and allow the batteries to charge the earbuds! (they don't tell you this) Because there is no buttons, just touch sensors it is extremely easy to accidentally tap them and do something you didn't want to do (like turn them off in the middle of a phone call or disconnect the phone call) All in all, they work poorly and are clumsy to use.

My son loves these but say every ten minutes they cut out for five seconds. It’s annoying but not enough to send themBack.
