This stuff works really well! We bought it following an issue with our Epson inkjet printer and after you tubing for help, decided to try this as a last resort. Printer didn't work any way, so not much to lose. Well, after flushing all colours through with this, it's back to brand new and prints perfectly ! Still some left in the bottle so can use again if ever needed. Great product, easy to sue and super effective. Saved us a fortune on anew printer

I expect this is a excellent product. I used it to attempt to clean the head of a very old Epson R300. It cleared 4 colours perfectly unfortunately it failed on 2 colours. I gave up after the continuous head cleaning was eating up ink cartridges. On a newer printer I am sure it would be great.

The plastic pipe did not fit on the syringe or any of the fittings. The bottle of liquid seemed to work ok.

Worked great, printer had not been used for over a year. Heads were all completely blocked solid, followed instructions Left it overnight printer worked perfect with the new inks I had already tried the day before. Hardest part was getting hose onto syringe. Hot water worked a treat.

Useless. The parts in the kit didn't fit together and it didn't fix the clogged print heads I bought it to repair. You'll not save anything with this, just bite the bullet and buy new print heads.

My printer had stopped printing any colour ink on printouts, and the black was very patchy. This was despite going through several ‘cleaning’ sequences. This problem was probably brought about through infrequent use. I was sceptical that using this product would work. I removed the black and colour ink print heads (2) from my Canon G3502 printerI. I made sure I used plenty of kitchen towel to capture any clogged ink from print head, unfortunately I should have used disposable gloves!! I recommend handling the printheads very carefully, during the cleaning process, ensuring not touching the delicate printing, and cable interface surfaces! Using the supplied syringe, head adaptor, and 10ml of cleaning fluid, I carefully syringed black print head. At first nothing seemed to happen, so I used a slight ‘pump’ action, and used more fluid, and suddenly ink appeared at head surface. Once the print head was clear of ink I carefully wiped the surface with the cleaning lint supplied. Realising perseverance was required I went on to clean all colours, ensuring each colour came out during cleaning process! Make sure the syringe is thoroughly clear of any residue ink, between uses, as this could occur whilst using ‘pump’ action! I left the print heads to dry for about half an hour before inserting them back into printer. I did a sample print, and hey presto all worked fine. I have used printer since and have had no problems at all. Would recommend this product, but ‘Do’ use disposable gloves, as took several hand washes to get the ink from my skin!
