The taste is great. Best is caramel and strawberry. The Chili is a bit spicy. I just think the portions are small for the money

I decently well versed in Keto snacks and foods. Some are great, some are ok, and some just really miss the mark. This is one of those times that they missed the mark. I took a risk on these and since I can’t return them I’m leaving this review so that you can know what to expect. The texture is extremely dry, dry to the point that it’s not fun to eat. The taste is ok but you don’t really get to experience the taste because the texture is so dry and off putting. I thought maybe I just got a bad bag, so I opened a second bag and while the flavor was different, the texture was exactly the same. I know a lot of Keto based foods can be on the dry side, which I’m fine with, but these are just too much. Save your money, and look somewhere else for your keto fix

I ordered these to have some options for snacks on a high protein, low carb diet. They arrived quickly and in good shape but the flavor is just okay... a little too sweet, not enough apple flavor. They are defnitely not as good as the bakes cheese version from the same company... I have found them useful if I crush them and use them in high protein puddings or baked fruit desserts as a faux crumble or just to roll apple slices in....

I have tried a lot of keto puffs, chips, bites, bars, etc. and honestly these are very flavorful. Well seasoned, nice satisfying crunch. A bit pricey for the amount you get, but these are not for kids' lunches and I treat myself to just 1 or 2 bags a week. I ordered the 8-pack of bold flavors and my favorite was not there - no avocado toast! :-( Had that been reflected on the listing, I may have ordered differently or at least not been disappointed. Substitution is Sour Cream and Onion, which I have not tried yet, but I'm a fan of the flavor combo. Overall, good snack, satisfying, and came well packed and arrived quickly.

Their products are almost entirely out of stock, they no longer respond to customer emails, their social media hasn’t been updated in months and their website is nonfunctional.

I wanted to like these so bad. Most of the favors taste like spoiled milk. The chili flavor was the only one I could eat and the rough texture of the puff was unexpected. I was hoping for more of a cheese puff consistency, not Captain Crunch meets legos. Will not buy again. Back to my quest for finding a healthier snack.

Really love the seasoning and the texture of this puff. It's not like a Quest chip that crumbles when you touch it. These puff balls have the consistency that gives a great crunch and mouth feel. With just a little heat in the spices, it's the perfect snack, salad topper, or accompaniment to a low carb Mexican meal!

This was the box it came in, there was a total of 8 per box for $15. They’re overpriced and just taste nasty I mean outright gross. There was so much salt it was ridiculous. I mean geeze I know I ordered Buffalo Ranch but it didn’t taste like it at all. The sodium contents in this was horrible, I threw the entire box away that I literally just opened, I am not even going to eat these or dare pawn these off on a food bank that would be wrong of me. This nonsense is going in the trash 🗑 that’s how much I dislike them. If all of their other products taste like this I won’t even waste my time or money. I would rather spend $27 on the Keto cheese product that I bought prior to this one, atleast I’ll be getting something that I know I’ll like and doesn’t taste like straight salt.
