Awesome brace.
This is the best brace I have ever worn. I am pretty much bone on bone with a lot of arthritis in my knee and my knee constantly clicks when I walk. I have had two arthroscopic surgeries but the doctors say I need a knee replacement and I'm only 42. This brace will postpone that for a little while longer. It is extremely comfortable due to the fact you can adjust how much pressure is put on the knee cap and how much stabilization you need at the time. There are two moon shape pads on the side of the knee that help stabilize it without putting pressure on the top of the knee like some braces with the full circle can do. The inside of the brace is cotton so it does not irritate the skin. The way the straps are made helps with air circulation unlike the neoprene braces. It is not bulky and can be worn under clothing comfortably. I highly recommend this brace.

Make sure you get the right size
These are meant Togo over tights or other leggings not pants. Easy to wear and wash. Allows the knee to flex but still gives stability. Since it is cotton, it can be washed in cold and line dried, just remember to remove the plastic stabilizers. Very nice product for bad knees.

The M-Brace is just FANTASTIC. I wore it on a recent trip to Peru . . .
I have osteoarthritis in my right knee and have been putting off a knee replacement. I have tried a number of knee braces but they were uncomfortable after a short time on or just did not provide proper support. The M-Brace is just FANTASTIC. I wore it on a recent trip to Peru which included lots of climbing at Machu Picchu and it was just wonderful. I sometimes had it on for 8-12 hours.

Haven't tried yet.. not returning because I need it since I have 3 torn ligaments but for what I paid it should come with all the pieces!!! Js
