If you are on the fence, highly recommend purchasing this product. Some of the reviews mentioned poor quality, however that wasn't the case. It came in a typical Amazon box, within that was another box which has a handle for easy carrying, inside there was also a semi translucent case. Perfect for easy clean up and storage. My almost 3yo loves puzzles and was eager to learn and assemble. Will attempt adding product mages, none were bent upon arrival. Google "seven continents song"for a short video clip they will love.

You can’t beat this price for what it is! It comes with the puzzle, flash cards, a book, and even instructions on how to teach. The animals on the puzzle pop out too! I very much appreciate that the animals are real pictures and not cartoons! My daughter loves me to go through the book with her and say the continent and animal names. If you teach Montessori style the continent colors match! Areas in which this product could improve:1. If the puzzle pieces layer a little bit more flat2. If the continent shapes were not so cartoony! Kids don’t need simpler shapes, it would be good for them to see the specific details of each continent shape. You don’t need to dumb it down for kids.3. If the armadillo picture was less awkward. Strange position in my opinion.I still gave it 5 stars because like I said you can NOT beat this price ($8 when I bought it). I’m happy with it and can’t wait till my daughter is a little bit older and I can start really teaching names! Thank you!

Wonderful product! If you are a Montessori practitioner, that is a great tool! This puzzle follows the Montessori continents color code. It has a little booklet with pictures of the continents and 3 animals you can find on each continent. In addition, there are cards for each animal is labeled (again, 3 animals per continent, which seem accurate) and is the color of the corresponding continent. I think it is for toddler as recommended (2.5 to 4.5 year old kids). My 3.5 year old is interested in it, but not so much for my 5.5 year old. Too bad the title does not mentioned Montessori, it makes it difficult to find. The rest of the "Teach My" line does not seem to follow the Montessori education.

This is a great starting point. I would have liked the animal cards to have a few simple facts on the back, but that's something I'll add on myself. The concept is great and my toddler is definitely engaged and interested.

I bought this w/o out realizing it’s made by “Teach my”, I didn’t even know there were any more products of theirs to be bought...I liked I already but now I love it even more!!I’ve been using the teach my series since my son was 1.5yr old & diagnosed w/autism. My husband bought it as a Christmas gift not fully understanding what it was, only that he needed to buy Xmas gifts lol when we started ABA therapy, his therapists instantly fell in love w/the tools in the teach my baby version, they utilized them just as much as they used their own material & watching/observing them AND watching my son flourish, has really given me an appreciation for these “teach my” products. As he grew, I bought teach my toddler, then teach my preschooler. I searched online but couldn’t find anything more to buy. Imagine my surprise & delight when I bought what I thought was a cool looking map I could use to teach continents only to discover “teach my” made it...& this purchase ultimately lead me to discover there’s a teach my kindergartener (perfect timing he’ll be kindergarten age next year) AND a similar map product for the solar system!Those are next on my shopping list, though I’m going to homeschool these would be excellent for parents who just to offer that extra bit of help, not only bc the materials provided are useful to do so but bc their materials also come with manuals to help parents who don’t have teaching degrees to easily not only teach but have a firm understanding of exactly what it is they’re teaching, offers a comprehensive guideline vs winging it based on having once learned this ourselves decades ago. I so strongly recommend their entire line of products!!!

I'm pretty sure the set I received was a returned item. Some of the cards are scratched up, as was the board. The board book was dirty in the corner. It wasn't bad enough to go through the hassle of returning it. But I was not pleased with paying for q new item and getting something returned.Having said that. The images are clear and vivid. I like that the board book goes a long with the map and cards. And it matches the montessori color coding. There's only three animals per continent, so this is best as an introductory teaching tool for younger children. My daughter is autistic and will be starting kindergarten in August. This simplicity of this item is great for her.

We love this puzzle/game. What a great price! The book and animal peices that it comes with is great quality. Those alone, I would think, would be the price I paid for the whole set! Would totally buy this again and again! Thank you!

This is a fantastic set. Great quality and sturdy for enthusiastic toddlers. Love the handy storage pouch as well.

When I opened the box, the carry case had been smashed, a part of the puzzle had been damaged and six cards are missing. Very disappointed.
