Personally these supports work well for my arches. One is a little collapsed and the other is normal. The inserts felt fine under both feet. Fit easily in both shoes with no modification needed.

They made a world of difference! As soon as I put my shoes on with these inserts, they felt wonderful!! Hit in all the right places! No more pain!

Purchased two pairs of thick memory foam, new athletic shoes for the gym and running around. I was so surprised when I wore the first pair and within 2 hours my whole body felt REALLY fatigued. I purchased this and another comparably priced pair of insoles and I have to say they both work pretty good. The only reason I am not giving either pair of insoles a perfect 5-star is because they do not have them in a wide size, which does not make sense. They sit a little awkwardly in the shoe and if they were just a centimeter or so wider, the foundation would be much more stable in the shoe. Still night and day difference from when I first wore the shoes and had serious fatigue. I purchased this pair of insoles for about $30 in May of 2024; for Women's size 7.5 athletic shoes. Did not need to cut to fit in the shoe. (Have only used for 2 days as of writing this review)

The sole is firm and the arch is high. After 3 days of wearing them, my ankle pain is entirely gone. They likely need to be replaced often if you wear them daily, but for the price, it’ll be worth it!

They are nice but the arch support is not going to hold up. The fit is accurate but of course they make you shoes tighter. They are not bad it is just obvious they won't last long. But, worth the money as they are comfortable and do the job.

My calluses began to recede as soon as they went in the shoe. Great support. This is my preference as best I have tried, bar none! Fit shoe perfectly unlike others who have to be cut. No more feet hurting like a tooth ache!

Got these because my old insoles were worn out. Couldn’t be happier. They’re a perfect width. Fit great in my work shoes.

I've tried several different insoles including some that cost considerably more, these are the most effective so far with good cushion pads under the heel and forefoot. They are not so thick that they make my shoes tight. I weigh 217lb.I bought the "2-pack" but this is in fact just a pair, they are not shaped for left or right feet.
