We put the bags they came in, in brown bags to hide them and put them under the wheels and it worked fine.

Q: Would these be able to mix with baking soda and vinegar to create a bubbly volcano effect?

I wouldn’t recommend it. The powder is so fine and I don’t think it would mix like you want and give the effect you like. I would try chalk on a cheese grater and use that and practice or just order neon pink or blue food coloring and use that.
