Updated Review:The seller contacted me after my original review and was very helpful. For the product itself I'd say 4 stars but the customer service definitely pushes it to 5. They replaced the one that was not keeping temp with a new one of identical design. It works wonderfully and is the perfect size to keep by my bed or to take with me on errands. If I add a little ice (maybe 1/3-1/2 full) then fill with water, the water stays cold all night, though ice is melted by morning. Likewise my water stayed nice and cold in the car on a hot day. I would definitely not hesitate to buy again as a gift.Original Review:Unlike the larger bottles this one doesn't hold temperatures for very long. I have 2 other MIRA bottles, 25 oz and 34 oz. Both of those will hold ice water and you can still even hear ice rattling around several hours later (overnight or longer). Not so with this one. It's pretty, and I love the way it looks but it isn't keeping drinks cold for much longer than in a glass. I suppose it's possible there is a hole that affects just the outer layer so liquids aren't leaking but whatever it is, this one just doesn't work. Pity too, because it would have seen a lot of use. Unfortunately for me I threw away the packaging because the larger bottles worked so well so I'm not sure if I can return it otherwise I would.

All I can say is wow!!! So tired of looking for and trying out bottles to keep my beverages hot and decided to give this one a shot. Used it for the first time today and boy was I shocked. My tea was still warm after 9 hours! Can't believe it. Figures I finally find a bottle that keeps my beverages hot and it's May! For the price it's great. I got the Mandala design, so pretty and lightweight. The only disadvantages would be having to unscrew the top while driving to drink from it as opposed to like a Contigo type push and drink. Also if you have a Keurig type brewer, you have to brew it in a mug first and poor it in bc it won't fit underneath. With the narrow top, regular size square ice cubes won't fit in, but the shape that comes from the ice maker will. Don't expect the design to be matched up perfectly at the seam. Usually that stuff bothers me, but the price, design and performance surpasses any negatives about this bottle! Love it!

This bottle is so beautiful, I swear it has gotten me to drink more water. I ordered the 17oz and the 25oz. The print on the smaller bottle is a smaller scale, more delicate size, but both are lovely. Someone complained that the pattern is imperfect, which it is, but there is no way around that due to the curvature of the bottle. It does not detract from the loveliness of the bottle. They have proven to be leak-proof so far.

Took this on a flight. Wanted something affordable that didn’t leak in my bag. They delivered! Kept my drink cold too!

Beautiful water bottle, get lots of compliments! Fits easily in my bag and keeps my water cool for longer than I expected, several hours at least. The only negative is that sometimes when I open it, water kind of pops or bursts out and spills.

I can't say anything about the performance because I bought this for a gift. What I can say is that it's beautiful and the person was very happy with this unique bottle.

I've used this twice this week with ice and water. I have to melt my ice cubes to make them fit into the bottle -but not that big of a deal. I've filled it about 1/4 of the way with ice and the rest with water. After 5-6 hours I still have ice and the water is obviously still cold. This fits in my car cup holder and did not sweat or leak when I carried it upright in my purse. I don't plan to use this for hot drinks because the opening to me is to large to drink a hot beverage safely.

This product does its job well. I've even left it on the counter overnight with the lid off and ice remained the next day. Needless to say, it keeps my water cold all day. Pretty design, too...the seams are noticeable toward the top of the bottle but it still looks good overall. Good buy!
