Nice little device which is great for candles and gas appliance lighting. Charging is easy and even though you get a great light show in the arc light in the dark, there is a long lifetime on each charge. Flexible swan neck allows the lighter to be used in multiple orientations and when it is in contact with intended wick it lights easily. If there was an improvment i would suggest, it would be to widen the arc gap as it presently is a little tight for some wicks and needs to be precisely placed to maximises first strike light., however realise this may have other , less welcome trade offs in power usage/charge storage.

Got this for my friend who loves gadgets and he loves it, he said it's easy to use and easy to charge up.His wife loves her candles and she finds it so easy and safe to use.

I was sceptical about this lighter but I took a chance & bought it!Very pleased with it..easy to use & am just about to buy 2 more!

This is an excellent gadget. Easy to use and has a very good battery life

In general I am happy with mynpurchase it dies what it says on the tin basically

No flame, which is not ideal for lighting fires, good for gas cookers.
