I love how transparent the label is so massive props for that. 6000mg of citrulline is pretty good for pre workouts in the UK, I love how they list malic acid separately on the label, as EVERY supplement company should do! 350mg of caffeine broken down into anhydrous and di-caffeine malate is nice and means it hits for longer. I also love the inclusion of Alpha GPC, one of my favourite nootropics, I feel lazer focused when I have this as a result. And as an added bonus they use the correct, bio active version of vitamin B12, which they didn’t have to do but FairPlay. There is some fluff in the formula, 75mg of salt is basically worthless (maybe up that to 300mg+ but I get they don’t want it to taste salty), I’m also not a big fan of theacrine, don’t find it really does much and not sure why Kanna is in there but ok.I feel like this pre was formulated with purpose rather than put together using google keywords and popular searches, which is what many companies do.As this pre workout is so stacked it’s not something you can use daily without nuking your brain, I personally only use it for 1RMs and high volume squat days. This is an excellent pre workout at a decent price that’s tastes great!
