I think these taste great and I’m really picky weird that others think they are awful.

Thought this would be a nice quick way of getting electrolytes but I will stick with powder packets for now. These taste absolutely retched. My niece and I tried them together and couldn’t stop laughing at how awful they were and the faces we were making. I still had the bottle on the counter and my husband tried some, hilarious, he too felt something awful had just happened to him. Lol

This is one tasty gummy that really does the trick. Tastes like a cross between a salty caramel and salsa plum. Rehydrates quickly, especially after being in the sun.

I can't tell you if these work or not because I can't eat them. I've given it a few tries but I can't stomach the taste.
