Comparatively this one is far better than the other brandsI have used this pillow for my neck & can tell the comfort it gives is just top classI think anyone with cervical problem should def try and it won’t disappoint!

Amazing product, helped in relieving back pain
The pillow is great for the people with neck or back issues. Helped improving the sleeping posture and relieved back and neck pain. Can very well be used regularly too. I would highly recommend this product.

Nice pillow but it has a funny smell.
I would have given this pillow 5 stars if it wasn't for it's price which I think if too expensive for what you get and as others have said it has a strange smell. It is not a horrible smell but there is a somewhat "oily" smell about the pillow. I washed the cover and that helped a little. I am hopefully it will slowly go away with time. Otherwise I am happy with the size and workmanship of the pillow.

Total Disappointment
I waited almost 3 weeks longer than expected for this pillow to be totally disappointing. After opening the vacuum-sealed package, I immediately could tell the pillow was mishapen, as if something heavy was placed on one side. The directions said to wait up to 48 hours for the pillow to plump up, it's been a week now and one side is still completely flat. I was really looking forward to using this pillow, and I'm super bummed it sucks.
