I used this product because I wear tight shoes and my feet were constantly just squished, I used these along with wider shoes to help separate and straighten out both of my big toes, these work well I have used them I want to say well over 2 weeks, and can see visually that it's slowly making my toes spread more (of course along with the wide shoes I have, have helped tremendously) overall love the value and how simple these are, they aren't uncomfortable at all, at first they felt strange and tight, but they loosened up and feel tons better. Thumbs up for me for sure on this.
