Great BBQ/Smoker
Love this Kamado. Please do your research on the type of BBQ system this is. I thought it to be a normal BBQ, but found out there are few things to gain control of the temperature for use. I highly recommend finding a video on how light and maintain your temp before purchase.It is a beautiful addition to our pool/patio space. I have the large size, and bought the roller for it separately. I have it in blue.I recommend this once you've done research on the Kamado style grill and cooking, it does smoke quite nicely!

A pretty good egg
Pros:Good packagingSolid buildEasy assembly (stand and hardware)Looks beautifulCooks like a champCons:Thermometer is in Celsius, but I can adapt.Heave weight, needs two for assembly.A bit pricey, but cheaper than the big green one.Overall, I'm ecstatic, this is one solid grill.Update (01/302024): The seller got in touch with me, to verify that I had, in fact, gotten the wrong thermometer. They sent a replacement the next day, which is a dual scale, so everyone is happy. This was amazing customer support.Also wanted to list a couple things I neglected to mention in the first review. First, the nuts and bolts for the base are all stainless steel. Second, the side trays are (to me) quite nice, both sturdy and attractive.Finally, now that I've had the chance to cook a couple times with it, if you are new at it, give the charcoal plenty of time to get going, then give it another 10 minutes. Your patience will be rewarded. I've had good results with fatwood sticks at the base of the charcoal pile (no lighter fluid). It worked better than the chimney. I haven't bought a fancy heat gun yet, call me old fashioned.THANK YOU AGAIN FOR THE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

Small smoker
This egg smoker is small but will work for two people. Cooked a whole chicken, chicken wings. For ribs we could only do I rack at a time. The one thing you need is a charchoal lighter as it can take a while to get the charchoal lit and up to temperature. If you are thinking of getting one for the family get the next size up.
