This is a dreadful product. It had the exact opposite effect than intended; on both of my attempts at using it I was wide awake all night. I think it is some sort of joke product - says it will help you relax but actually causes chronic insomnia! I got 2 hours sleep each time I tried it and was wide, wide awake the rest of the night which is much worse than normal. Avoid at all cost! Doesn’t deserve the one star you have to give on these reviews!

The effects are subtle for me anyway but they do help me to relax after a stressful day at work.

I am using this supplement for my adrenal support and to balance cortisol levels. Only been taking them for a few days but already I'm feeling less fatigued and seem to have more energy. Will report again after a few months of taking them but so far so good

Brilliant product. Suffered from poor sleep for a long time. Since taking these my sleep has improved massively. I don’t feel as anxious when I wake up either. I feel refreshed and a lot more relaxed and calmer.

Price is reasonable

I just took these on 1 night. And big improvement calmer already. From active over thoughts better . Well done. See more hope over coming days.

Sorry but this product don’t make any effect I don’t sleep at all

I have very stressful job and the cortisol support helps me calm down during a day. I think this supplement will help to relax you before going to bed especially when the day was crazy. Definitely balances stress hormones. I would recommend it.
