Superior image quality - photos look awesome on it
Printed photos are unfortunately becoming a thing of the past. When I have taken some nice pictures, copies need to be ordered and then a week later they arrive. Then comes the difficult decision of what ones am I taking down to put the new ones up.Have toyed with the idea of getting a digital frame for a while. I was bought this one for our anniversary and love it!I can now have all of my favourite pictures on show all the time. The frame changes the picture every 10 seconds (can change the duration if desired) along with a nice transitioning effect. You also have the option to have music in the background, but I don’t bother with this, I just have the pictures. The picture quality is truly amazing - the photos look like they are in ultra HD. A lot better than what I could have imagined. Also quite liked the introduction video when powering up for the first time. Shows you some of the features and set up methods.Handy to note that it also comes with a 32GB micro SD card and adapter.I think the best feature that this frame has is the automatic on and off feature! Everything in the house is on a timer - the lights, fish tank, display cabinet etc. so that fits in nicely. It automatically turns on and off at whatever time you choose. We have ours set to come on at 8am and off at 10pm.There is a remote control too - this is quite handy if you have people around and they just miss the last picture - that’s what we’ve used it for most anyway. If you’re thinking of getting a digital photo frame, I would say just go ahead any buy one. I dithered for a good 6 months and I’m so glad that this was bought for me!

Photo frame to display your favourite photos or videos
The frame worked well as a display of photos. Unfortunately, the instruction manual did not match the actual device, and the supplier could not supply the manual that did. I was unable to choose the USB stick that `I placed in the slot - the manual showed icons for USB or SD CARD. The device I received only showed one of them - the USB stick I believe, so since most of my photos were on SD card, I had to wait for the SD card to be read automatically. So there seemed to be a problem at the manufacturer's or supplier's depot. However I have had much more difficult issues - for instance I have bought a device - sent direct from China, where the instructions supplied are written in Chinese. The supplier ( despite to having good English in communications, could not supply me with a manual in English. I have had to resort to sending them high resolution scans of the Chinese manual, and asked them to please translate . This has taken two weeks already, and I am ready to pack this up and send this back to them - this situation is simply not good enough, but the number of times I have bought goods from China with really poor pidgin English instructions , which are difficult to work out. They send so much stuff to English speaking countries and since taking over Hong Kong with a great number of English speakers, you would have thought they would have arranged to make things easier for us English speakers who buy so much stuff from them.

Very Disappointing device
I bought this 10” photo frame in October as a Christmas present for my sister. It was to hold family photos going back over 100 years. Images that mostly came from scanned paper photos plus more modern photos and videos taken on SLR cameras and iPhones. The excellent reviews on this site persuaded me to buy it.On Boxing Day we loaded several 1,000 images to the supplied 32Gb card and popped it into the photo frame. And that is where our disappointment started. The first video we played, taken on an iPhone, played upside down, the second played sideways and the next was deemed to be “invalid file format”. Some of the videos played correctly. All the videos were “mov” file format which the instructions said were acceptable. We moved onto the photos next and mostly they played fine, except for a few that were portrait mode that displayed landscape and stretched. I know you can adjust the format in the settings, but it didn’t stop some of them displaying incorrectly. The main problem with the photos was that when the view was showing them as groups of thumbnails some of those thumbnails displayed multiple times – as many as 6 in some cases. We also switched the viewing to ‘random’ which didn’t seem to work at all – always starting with the same photo. (since purchase I’ve noticed the review that mentioned that random mode doesn’t work beyond 1,000 images! We had many times that. With a 32Gb card you would expect it to handle many 10,000s of images.) Attached photos show these problems as we saw them. All the photos and videos loaded to the photo frame displayed and played correctly from the SD card on my desktop computer – and there was only one copy of each image! As you may expect we didn’t explore the calendar or music so we can’t comment on their operation. Unsurprisingly we decided the frame wasn’t fit for purpose and phoned Amazon to enquire about return. They were the epitome of helpfulness – a brilliant job helping us send the item back.Overall, I would say to any potential purchasers – DO NOT BUY

All good !!
My old Digital Photo Frame (a different make) finally failed, so after some research, I bought this one.It comes in a nice box and was easy enough to set up (I didn't even need to look at the instructions).I loaded about 100 pictures to a small USB stick and away we went. The menu system is easy enough to navigate and the features (brightness, contrast, "slide show" timing etc) are easy to set.The picture quality is fine, nice and bright and clear. The only thing I didn't like so much were some of the "transition" effects, which were a bit "clunky". However, I prefer no effects, just a slide show that "flicks through" the pictures, and it does that just fine. The remote control works fine. My remote is white in colour, which is no bad thing as it makes it easier to find!!I reckon I made a good choice with this one.
