Huge bubbles
I was using the diy citric acid plus baking soda method to produce co2. However the gas seemed to escape around the ceramic disk in the form of huge bubbles no katter how tight the seal is. I returned the product and got a refund.

not a tight seal.. there was co2 leaking in big bubbles..when tried to tighten it a little bit more it got bent
