Dont Expect Miracle, Good belt for Pain relief as well.
Cryolipolysis machine like CoolSculpting reached -11 C or 17 F skin temperature.And the superficial fat will reach -8 Celsius or 17.6 Fahrenheit (Constant temperature for the rest of treatment).And the treatment last 30 minutes - 1 hour.And the special membrane with CoolSculpting will keep your skin withstand the below freezing temperature without getting freeze burn.The fat will get absorbed into the body within 90 days or 3 months.This belt only reaches 28 Fahrenheit or -2 Celsius (as it claim). Maximum treatment is 3 minutes.So you guys/girls do the math. It will take times and patience. Putting it longer than 3 minutes wont help since it will lose the cold temperature requires to destroy the fat.The belt is really good for pain relief as well.You wont see result within 2 weeks or 1 month or couple of treatments, its purely SNAKE OIL claim

Small coverage
The belt is big, but the ice pack itself does not cover much for someone who is a little thicker. I'm not talking obese, I'm tall and only 180 lbs and it didn't cover much at all. If this is to spot treat, I'd assume you'd have to treat a different area each time and to get an even look.

I just picked it up yesterday and it’s still in the freezer, so I haven’t use it as yet can’t wait.
I am going to use on my stomach, that’s what I got it for

Great ice pack
Great ice pack - it’s cold cold cold but as far as making cellulite go away I have no clue…maybe I have too much of it to go away however I use it as a knee pack and to ice my lower back so I don’t regret getting itIf it does eliminate some cellulite that is a bonus but so far it does not appear to be doing much there

It doesn’t work
I don’t like that you have to freeze the ice pack which doesn’t get as cold as you need it to in order to freeze the belly fat away

Cryobelt
My first cryobelt did leak after not having been using for 3 times but the seller was awesome to work with and did ship me a new one at no cost to me .Very happy camper .Thank you very much .Liz,
